There are only direct motor connections on all linear and non-linear motion systems - No pully-belt mechanisms. Plus, there are no stepper motors of ant kind. There are only AC Serco Absolute Multi-Turn motors that give motion to the "machine".
TeamViewer™ connection is available at all twinMAC milling-machines – No need for 3rd party integrations, add-ins or plug-ins.
Logs, reports and KPIs are a natural and an integral part of the twinMAC’s milling-machine solutions. Including industrial grade image-processing, there are many technologies brought by Industry 4.0 inside twinMAC’s Controller software.
twinMAC solutions are designed to machine digitally engineered materials for, with, and by the nature of single-visit-dentistry. Proprietary materials (like fully-sintered cubic zirconia) can be machined in-house to enable "one-step" prosthetic restorations: No thermal post-processing and almost no shade/color based post-characterization.
