Absolute multi-turn AC servo motors on all axis and direct motor connections, no pulley-belt mechanisms, ductile cast-iron monoblock framework (on some models), EtherCAT® communication, cast-iron parts on critical axis, TeamViewer™ connection on all machines, powerful spindle options that are Made-in-Germany, CNC Controller 100% developed in-house by twinMAC, image-processing and KPI reporting for Industry 4.0, pneumatic quick-changer (zero-point clamping system) on some models... All of these result in "problem-free" machines that are easy to use which require minimal service & repair. twinMAC machines are at your service on 7/24 basis.

For various and different reasons, compressed air is required for all machines. Vacuum unit is required as long as zirconia is going to be milled. Chiller unit is only essential for T60 machine.

twinMAC machines' Controller software is developed 1000% in-house by twinMAC. Therefore, all machines are (and can be) supported 100% by twinMAC team. All machines can be accessed via TeamViewer™, thus most of the potential issues can be eliminated with a remote session.

Robust architecture of twinMAC machines does not allow mechanical failures. Boxed protection of electronics provide a long-term problem-free utilization of the machine. Nevertheless, annual maintenances are always recommended.

Installation conditions are important. Prior to the installation, it's very useful to check the floor, electrical layout and UPS supply, internet connection, compressed air supply, air conditioning. You can always ask the checklist document from twinMAC in order to make sure that installation environment is ready for the machine and equipment. Please also make sure that the building allows the transfer of the machine to the installation area. (For that, twinMAC provides technical data of the machines and their crates.)
